Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation, including Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence with us

All prices are in POUND sterling. You may pay by any credit/ debit cards through the secure server paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this service nor do you need to open an account with them. Please see www.paypal.com.

We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.


When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will display a confirmation/acceptance page with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you.


However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.

You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us either within 5 days of delivery.


If there is a fault or some other defect with your product(s) you may return it to us within 5 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
We will send you returns instructions.

Your product must be complete, unused 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned in with the original box, packing and accessories.


We will refund the money paid (not including P&P) by means of a sterling cheque made out to the purchaser.


If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 5 days of delivery for replacement or refund:

We will replace the product or refund your money when:

��� the product is otherwise in 'as-new' condition;

��� the product is complete with the original box and the packaging;

Our promise to replace or refund products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Where goods are refunded due to fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

These terms and conditions only cover websites owned by Cadabra. Any links within these sites to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of websites that are not under our control.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.


Products and prices are subject to change.

All deliveries are by surface post. Delivery will be within 28 working days of acceptance of order unless stated otherwise.

Throughout the site, the prices quoted for our products do not include the delivery charge. When you add an item to your order, a delivery charge will be added on checkout. You will always be able to see the total price of your order and delivery charges before you buy.
